Winter 90-Day Game Plan

Big goals are easy to set. Knowing what to do about them this quarter is the hard part. Start December with a plan. This hands-on workshop helps you turn your bigger goals into a short list of 90-day priorities, so you can wrap up the year, finish taxes, and kick off the first quarter with direction instead of catching up in February. You will also learn a simple way to repeat this every quarter, and where your issues and ideas go so nothing gets lost. Then we start moving on the things that have been swept under the rug. You will leave with: 3 to 5 priorities for the next 90 days A ranked list of the issues blocking progress, including the ones you have been putting off A simple system for sorting issues, ideas, and to-dos One next step to take back to the business right away Included: The in-person workshop, printed materials, and Jimmy Johns, soda, and water.
