Information you give us
When you send a contact note or an event, Hub, teaching, hosting or sponsor inquiry, the form asks for your name, email address and message. You may also provide a phone number, business name and how you heard about TradeWins. An event inquiry may include the event identifier and the topic you selected.
The event details request form asks for your name and email address, with an optional phone number. It sends your request to the separate TradeWins Member App. Member registration and login happen there, not on this website.
Why we collect it
We use inquiries to understand what you are asking about and respond. The event details form requests details and reminders for the event you choose. Security checks and a submission identifier help protect the forms and prevent accidental duplicate requests.
Where your information goes
Contact and inquiry forms send your information to the TradeWins Member App for the team to handle. This website does not have a local database of inquiries. The website forwards your form answers, a security verification token and your IP address to that intake system. It does not forward member login cookies or account credentials.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse and may process technical browser and connection information. Your browser also connects to Google Fonts to load the website's fonts. Our hosting infrastructure handles requests to display the website. Our hosting provider also collects basic visit statistics. These providers may process technical request information under their own privacy terms.
The website displays public company, partner and event information. It does not display the answers you enter in an inquiry form.
Contact records and emails
Contact inquiries are saved in the TradeWins Member App. The Contact process includes a confirmation email to the sender and a notification email to the TradeWins team. Those emails acknowledge the inquiry and help the team respond. The inquiry records and email delivery are handled outside this website.
Storage and retention
While you fill out a form, its answers and retry identifier are held in temporary browser memory. They are not saved by the form in localStorage or sessionStorage. Accepted inquiry forms clear their fields; leaving or reloading the page discards the form's temporary state.
Submitted information is handled by the receiving TradeWins intake or event system. We keep contact and inquiry records for up to 2 years, unless you become a client or member. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Email copies and hosting logs are handled by the providers we use under their own retention rules, which we do not control. Call us to ask how long a particular record is kept. Do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in a message.
Other websites
Member login, event registration, Facebook and other external links take you to separate websites with their own privacy practices. This policy covers the TradeWins website, not those websites or member accounts.

Call 812-369-9369, or use our contact form, to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Tell us which inquiry or event request you mean so we can identify it. You can ask about retention before submitting a form.
